Custard Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    2 heaping Tbsp. plain flour
    1 pinch salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Cook milk, flour and salt until thick; let cool.
    Then cream in the sugar, Crisco and vanilla flavoring, using mixer, until fluffy.
    If too thick, add small amount of water.
