Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large onion, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 lb. process cheese spread
1 can tomatoes and diced green chilies
Preparation

Saute onion and pepper in margarine.
Cut cheese into chunks for easier melting.
Using low heat, add cheese and melt, stirring constantly.
Add tomatoes and green chilies and blend thoroughly. Let mixture heat to blend flavors, but do not broil.
Serve with chips.
