Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4, 5 or 6 slices bread
    1/2 gal. milk
    16 or 18 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla, almond or lemon flavoring
    1 stick butter or margarine, melted
    raisins (optional)
    nutmeg (sprinkle on top before baking)
Preparation
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until toothpick comes out clean.
