Beef Cubes In Wine Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. beef cubes
    garlic powder
    2 cans golden mushroom soup
    3/4 c. Marsala cooking wine
    8 oz. sliced mushrooms
    20 oz. bag frozen sliced carrots or 1 bag fresh carrots, sliced
    1 bag broad noodles
Preparation
    Trim all visible fat from meat.
    Put meat in large casserole and sprinkle each layer of meat with garlic powder.
    Mix soup and wine together with mushrooms and pour over meat.
    Mix well. Cover.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours, then add carrots. Cook for 1 more hour.
    Serve over noodles.
    Serve with crusty bread and salad.
