Shrimp Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz.)
    4 eggs
    2 c. half and half
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. cayenne red pepper
    2 (9-inch) pastry crusts (deep dish)
    2 cans deveined shrimp, cooked
Preparation
    Prepare pastry.
    Sprinkle cheese and shrimp into pie crusts. Beat eggs slightly; beat in remaining ingredients.
    Pour egg mixture into pie crusts.
    Cook, uncovered, in 425\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
    Reduce oven to 300\u00b0.
    Cook, uncovered, until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, about 30 minutes longer.
    Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
