Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. Minute rice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    slivered almonds (optional)
    1 green onion, chopped
    2 c. canned tomatoes
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onion and pepper.
    Drain.
    Add tomatoes, rice and seasonings.
    Mix well.
    Put in greased casserole and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Add slivered almonds, if desired.
