Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lemon
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 egg yolks
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Mix sugar and cornstarch; stir.
    Add lemon juice and egg yolks.
    Set aside.
    In a pan, boil water and grated lemon rind. Add butter and pinch of salt.
    Add the two together.
    Cook until thick.
