Fresh Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c. fresh parsley
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. fresh basil
    1 lb. spaghetti
Preparation
    Quarter tomatoes and season.
    Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of oil and herbs, mixed, over tomatoes.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for an hour. Remove skins; mash and add remaining oil.
    Toss over spaghetti. Top with Parmesan cheese.
