Grilled Cheese Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices whole wheat bread
    2 Tbsp. butter, softened
    2 slices Swiss cheese
    8 fresh large spinach leaves
    2 slices tomato
    2 Tbsp. guacamole or sour cream
    2 slices Cheddar or Colby cheese
Preparation
    Butter one side of each slice of bread.
    Place 2 slices, buttered side down, on a heated griddle.
    On each slice, add Swiss cheese, fresh spinach, tomato and guacamole or sour cream.
    Top with remaining slice of cheese and bread with buttered side up. After 2 to 3 minutes, turn sandwich to toast both sides.
