Sweet Potato Bread(For Large Batch) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. orange juice
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
    6 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. soda
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In a large crock, combine first 5 ingredients and mix well. In separate bowl, sift together dry ingredients.
    Stir dry ingredients gradually into liquid mixture until thoroughly blended. Fold in nuts.
    Pour batter in 2 greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pans or 12 or more small loaf pans as I do for Canaan Fall Festival and other flea markets.
    Bake at preheated 300\u00b0 1 hour and 20 minutes or until bread tests done with toothpick. Delicious and moist!
