Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 medium size potatoes
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Scrub and slice potatoes.
    Each potato will make 6 to 8 wedges.
    Melt margarine in a 10 x 15-inch jelly roll pan.
    Mix the dry ingredients together and place in a plastic bag or plastic bowl.
    Add potatoes a few at a time and shake, coating well, and place in pan in a single layer.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Turn and bake 20 minutes more.
    Wedges should have a medium-brown, crispy coating when done.
