Taco Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 can tomato soup
    1 large can diced tomatoes
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 pkg. Ranch party dip mix
    1/2 c. water
    salt and pepper
    1 pkg. shredded cheese of choice
Preparation
    Brown beef and onions together; drain. Combine all ingredients into large kettle and cook on medium temperature for about 30 minutes. Top with shredded cheese and serve with nachos.
