Shrimp Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
    2 large onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. celery, chopped
    1 small bell pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 small can tomato sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Wilt onions in oil. Add all other ingredients, except shrimp. Cook for 1 hour over low heat. Add shrimp about 20 minutes before cooking time is completed. Serve over rice.
