Caraway Carrot Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. caraway seed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. fresh ground pepper
    4 c. shredded carrots (1 lb.)
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    3 medium size green onions with tops, cut in 1/2-inch slices
Preparation
    In bowl, mix well the mayonnaise, buttermilk, caraway seed, salt and pepper.
    Stir in carrots, celery and onions.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
    Serve in lettuce lined bowl if desired.
