Rice Crispy Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
5 c. rice crispies
4 c. miniature marshmallows (or 40 lrg. Or 2 c. marshmallow cream; if using the cream, cook 5 minutes longer)
Preparation

Melt margarine in lrg. pan over low-med. heat.
Add marshmallows and stir until melted.
Cook 3-4 min., stirring constantly.
Add crispies.
Press into buttered cake pan or onto a piece of wax paper.
(When you go to press it down, run cold water and wet hands with water as you press down, this will keep it from sticking to your hands.)
