Ernie'S Mexican Chef'S Salad(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion
4 tomatoes
1 head lettuce (we use iceberg)
4 (8 oz.) grated Cheddar cheese
8 oz. Thousand Island or French dressing
hot sauce to taste
1 (10 oz.) bag Doritos (plain or taco)
1 avocado
1 lb. ground meat (beef, turkey or game)
1 (15 oz.) can drained kidney beans
1/4 tsp. salt or garlic salt to taste
Preparation

Chop onion, tomatoes and lettuce.
Toss with cheese, dressing and hot sauce.
Crunch and add Doritos.
Slice and add the avocado.
Brown meat.
Add beans and salt or garlic salt to taste to ground beef.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Mix with cold salad.
