Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. spaghetti
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, well beaten
1 lb. ground beef or pork sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 to 3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 (8 oz.) can whole tomatoes with juice, chopped
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 c. cottage cheese
3/4 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cook spaghetti according to directions. Place hot spaghetti in a large bowl and toss with butter.
Add Parmesan cheese and eggs; toss.
Form spaghetti mixture into a \"crust\" in a well-greased 10-inch pie plate.
Set aside.
