Stuffed Bell Peppers(Delicious!) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium bell peppers
1 lb. ground chicken breast or turkey breast
1/2 can Campbell's 99% fat free cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. uncooked rice
2 egg whites
1 Tbsp. dry onion flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic powder or garlic parsley blend
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Cut tops of bell peppers and remove seed.
Set aside.
In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
Fill peppers with mixture and bake in baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes. Recipe makes 4 servings.
Ultra low-fat.
