Easy Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked diced chicken
    1 (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. Recip-Ease baking mix (Bisquick)
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Set oven to 400\u00b0 (I used 350\u00b0).
    Grease a shallow 2-quart baking dish.
    Spread chicken and vegetables evenly in dish.
    Stir together soup, broth and pepper in small bowl; pour evenly over chicken mixture.
    Combine mix, milk and butter; stir until smooth. Pour mixture over ingredients in baking dish.
    Bake 45 to 50 minutes until golden brown.
    Cool 10 minutes before serving. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
