Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 egg yolks
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. white sugar
    2 c. dates, chopped
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except lemon juice.
    Cook in a large
    double boiler on slow heat for 3 hours.
    Add lemon juice. This will
    fill
    12
    or more tart shells.
    Use the egg whites for meringue.
