Cottage Cheese Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. Crisco
1 egg, separated
1 large container small curd cottage cheese (1 lb. 8 oz. carton)
3/4 to 1 c. sugar to sweeten
3 eggs
Preparation

Mix the first 3 ingredients together.
Cut in Crisco.
Put 1 egg yolk in cup and add enough milk to make 2/3 cup.
Stir into sugar-Crisco mix.
Make 2 balls.
Roll one to fit a cookie sheet.
