Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Crisco shortening
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream shortening, margarine, 1 1/2 cups sugar and eggs together.
    Blend together the flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt and add to creamed mixture.
    Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
    Place on lightly greased baking sheet and bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
