4 c. sugar
1/3 c. shortening
2 c. buttermilk
6 c. self-rising flour
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Do not preheat oven.
Cook at 450\u00b0 until lightly browned.
Refrigerate unused dough.
Keeps up to 2 weeks.
