Fresh Vegetable Marinate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 stalks broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
    8 large mushrooms, sliced
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    1 small head cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 tsp. poppy seeds
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients; toss lightly.
    Combine remaining 7 ingredients; mix well and pour over vegetables. Chill at least 3 hours. Yield: 10 to 12 servings.
