Banana Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. mashed ripe bananas
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. hot water
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs and bananas.
Mix well. Stir in flour and nutmeg.
Dissolve soda in hot water, add to banana mixture.
Stir in vanilla.
Fill greased muffin tins 1/2 full.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Makes 24 medium muffins.
