Finger-Licking Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. pork spareribs
    1 c. apricot preserves
    1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. ketchup
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Season ribs with salt and pepper to taste.
    Place in roasting pan, cover with aluminum foil.
    Roast 1 hour.
