Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 Tbsp. fat
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. raisins or nuts
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Heat milk; add rice and fat.
    Ad sugar, salt and raisins or nuts to eggs.
    Slowly stir in hot milk mixture.
    Pour into greased baking dish; set in pan of hot water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until set.
