Jam Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. Crisco
    1 c. jam
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. buttermilk with 1 tsp. soda stirred in
    2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs and add sugar.
    Beat in Crisco and jam.
    Mix remaining ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
