Cheesy Stuffed Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 potato
    1 tsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. milk
    2 Tbsp. grated cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Pierce potato.
    Microwave on High 4 to 5 minutes until tender, turning the potato over halfway through cooking.
    Cut in half, scoop out center of potato.
    Mash with butter, milk, cheese and salt and pepper.
    Put back in peel, microwave for 1 minute.
