Black Bottom Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 egg
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients.
    Add chips. Mix remaining ingredients together until smooth.
    Fill cupcake tins 1/2 full of chocolate mixture.
    Then spoon in 2 tablespoons of cream cheese mixture. Bake 25 minutes at 325\u00b0.
