Alcohol Free-Welsh Rarebit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 lb. grated sharp cheese
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. ginger ale
    toast points (3 slices white toast)
Preparation
    Melt butter and add seasonings and cheese.
    Stir in double boiler until cheese is soft.
    Add ginger ale and then egg.
    Cook over medium heat until thickened.
    Serve over toast.
    Serves 3.
