Fresh Picante Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 fresh jalapeno peppers, cut and seeded
1 medium onion
1 clove garlic
3 tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Place jalapenos into blender with 1 cup water.
Blend until coarsely chopped.
Drain.
Put 1/2 can of tomato sauce into blender with garlic and onion. Blend.
Add drained jalapeno, remainder of tomato sauce, tomatoes and the rest of ingredients. Turn blender off and on quickly until blended, but leave tomatoes chunky.
