Sole With Shrimp And Butter Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. shrimp, shelled and cooked
1 Tbsp. onion, minced
1/3 c. dry white wine
salt and pepper to taste
parsley
4 pieces fillet of sole
Preparation

In a baking dish, stir in the wine, butter and onion.
Add the fish fillets sprinkled with salt and pepper.
Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
Remove fish from oven and place on 4 serving plates.
Reserve the liquid; add to the shrimp and spoon the sauce over the fillets.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
