Norwegian Red Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small (1 to 1 1/2 lb.) red cabbage
1/3 c. currant jelly
1/4 c. water
3 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. caraway seed
Preparation

Shred cabbage. Place in a 3-quart casserole. Add all remaining ingredients. Stir to mix. Cover.
Use cook cycle and cook 5 minutes. Stir carefully.
Cover.
Use cook cycle and cook 30 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
Stir twice during cooking time.
