Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks butter (no substitute)
    1 lb. chicken livers
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. brandy
    1/4 c. whipping cream
    hard boiled egg yolk
Preparation
    Saute livers in butter with onion until done.
    Turn heat up and add brandy, salt and pepper; cook 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add cream.
    Puree all in blender.
    Chill completely.
    Garnish with sieved egg yolk.
