Cheesy Pork Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground lean pork
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, cut into 1/4 inch cubes
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1/3 c. milk
    1/4 chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    dash of garlic powder (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Place in a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
