Kielbasa Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. diet margarine
    1/2 lb. 97% or more fat-free Polska Kielbasa or smoked turkey sausage
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    2 c. carrots, sliced
    4 c. cabbage, shredded
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    4 cubes beef bouillon
    5 c. water
    3 c. potatoes, cubed
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Spray large saucepan with nonstick cooking spray.
    Over medium heat, melt margarine in saucepan.
    Add kielbasa, onion and celery; cook until onion and celery are tender.
    Add carrots, cabbage, bay leaf, thyme, vinegar, bouillon cubes and water.
    Cover and cook for 1 1/2 hours.
    Add potatoes; cover and cook for an additional 20 minutes.
    Yield:
    10 cups.
