Peach Sour Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    pinch of salt
    2 egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. flour, divided
    2 1/2 c. fresh sliced peaches
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
Preparation
    Blend sour cream, brown sugar and salt.
    Whisk in well beaten egg yolks.
    Sprinkle 1 tablespoon flour on unbaked pie shell. Arrange peaches on pie shell; sprinkle with tablespoon of flour. Pour sour cream mixture over all.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for about 40 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
