Sour Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    3 c. plain flour
    1 c. buttered Crisco or margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. orange extract
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sour cream
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    In large bowl, cream together sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, beating well after each egg.
    Sift flour, salt and soda together; add to creamed mixture.
    Add sour cream and extracts.
    Pour batter into well-greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until cake tests done.
    Cool 15 minutes in pan.
    Remove from pan.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
