Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. onion
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. celery
    20 oz. bag frozen broccoli
    3/4 c. Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
Preparation
    Saute onions and celery with margarine until soft.
    Put all ingredients in baking dish; cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
    Can be made day before.
