Sweet Potato Hawaiian - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 sweet potatoes
1 can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. light brown sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation

Scrub potatoes well; cut each in half.
Cook in boiling water, covered, for 20 minutes.
Leave skins on.
Drain.
When cool enough to handle, scoop potato out of shells, being careful to keep shells intact.
