Chloe Otts' Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground round or chuck
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 medium green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. butter
salt to taste
1 (12 oz.) pkg. egg noodles, cooked and drained
1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown ground round in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Saut onion and green pepper in butter in small skillet. Add to ground beef with salt and noodles; mix gently. Spoon into baking dish. Combine soup, milk and cheese in saucepan. Cook until cheese melts, stirring to mix well. Pour over casserole; mix gently. Bake at 400\u00b0 until bubbly. Yield: 6 servings.
