Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. sauerkraut, drained
1 c. diced green peppers
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced onion
carrots to taste
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Put in container with lid.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour, preferably longer, before serving.
The longer it's refrigerated, the better it tastes.
