Mexican Spoon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can cream style corn
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup oil
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup corn meal
1 cup grated cheese
1 small can chili peppers
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour half in the bottom of a hot greased pan.
Add cheese and peppers, then pour remaining batter on top.
Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
