1-2-3-4 Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour (plain)
    4 eggs
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Add flour and baking powder (sifted twice) alternately with milk.
    Add vanilla and pinch of salt.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes or until done.
