Chicken Paprika - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken breast per person
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. chopped onions
2 tsp. to 2 Tbsp. mild paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. well seasoned chicken stock
1 c. cultured sour cream
1 tsp. flour
Preparation

Simmer onion in oil and butter until golden.
Add paprika and blend.
Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and seasoned chicken stock to onion mixture.
When boiling point is reached, add chicken.
Simmer covered until tender, about 1 hour.
In separate bowl, mix together flour and sour cream.
Stir slowly into pot.
Heat with chicken 5 minutes (do not boil).
Serve over noodles or rice.
