Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1/3 c. margarine
1 c. chopped nuts
2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour

Preparation

In 9 x 7-inch dish, mix sweet potatoes, vanilla, 2 eggs, milk, 3/4 cup sugar and 1/2 cup margarine.
Make topping with brown sugar, flour, nuts and 1/3 cup margarine.
Sprinkle over casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
