Lemon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sugar
    juice and rind of 1 lemon
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs, separated
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar.
    Add juice and rind of lemon, egg yolks, flour and milk.
    Stir well.
    Fold in beaten whites.
    Bake in pan of hot water in oven for 45 minutes.
    Serve hot or cold.
