2 sticks hard peppermint candy
1/4 c. nondairy coffee creamer
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. instant coffee
2 Tbsp. cocoa
Preparation

Blend ingredients in blender.
Use 1 tablespoon to 3/4 cup boiling water for 1 serving.
Serve with a peppermint stick and a dollop of whipped cream.
