Ma'S Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 5 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
1 stalk celery, sliced thin
1/2 medium onion, diced small
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. milk
4 Tbsp. bacon grease or butter
Preparation

Cook vegetables until tender (about 20 minutes).
Drain excess water.
Add seasonings.
You may want to mash vegetables slightly. Add milk.
Heat thoroughly but don't boil.
Garnish when ladled into bowls with sour cream, bacon bits, diced fresh onion, croutons, grated cheese or parsley.
